The Process

Hiring 4 Real Estate is a streamlined service providing the most value at a cost that is economical for most.

To achieve this:
– We automate whenever possible.
– We use webforms and video technology as a replacement for in-person interviews.
– We only complete position specific virtual meetings, as well as both hard or soft skill assessments with final candidates.

SOURCING

We proactively maintain an existing database of candidates, while continuing to source new talent.  This includes utilizing dozens of traditional job boards, headhunting for hidden candidate pools and social media blitzes.

Often, we already have a candidate available matching your specific needs.  If not, we quickly utilize our resources or  connections to mobilize aggressive search efforts.

SCREENING

Our screening process is tailored to the position, however there are a few basic standard parts that are consistent with all packages.

1) Thorough webform based prescreening exploring both both right fit, experience and technical aptitude.
2) Basic DISC personality profile assessment.
3) Flexible and recorded video interviews to be completed at candidate’s convenience.
4) Up to 2 skill assessments and a background check for final candidate(s).

SENDING

Top candidates will be forwarded with a summary of candidate qualifications and recruiter observations.  In addition, we provide basic personality assessments results and identifiable weaknesses. 

This is an ongoing process and we will continue to work on the role until it is filled to your satisfaction. 

GUARANTEED

We are confident in our ability to get it right and source the best candidates.  However sometimes it doesn’t work out from either a client or candidate standpoint.

As such, to protect your investment, we provide a 90 day guarantee as per standard.  Shorter or longer guarantees are available upon request.
